One of the things I love the most about our job is that we have a definite end and a definite beginning.  Some years nearly kill you while others it breaks your heart to see your kids go.  Regardless, our job it to teach every kid, every day.  We build relationships with every kid, every day.  We shape the future of every kid, every day.  This is a TED Talk by Rita Pierson that we watched during inservice last week.  It'll fire you up and get you ready for that first day.  Here's to a great new start!
